Elisabeth has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Minnesota in Sociology with an emphasis in policy analysis. Most of her work has been within the non-profit sector, ranging from caseworker to program coordinator. In these roles, Elisabeth focused on program development, increasing client satisfaction and data management. Elisabeth is currently pursuing her Master of Business Administration at American University and hopes to work in impact hiring and talent acquisition. In her free time, Elisabeth coaches high school freshman boys rowing and enjoys spending time outside.
