decisions on the partial granting of access to a professional activity in accordance with Article 4d of Directive 2005/36/EC; results from the restructuring of an EIB financial operation, in so far as such restructuring does not increase the financial risk to the counterparty in nominal terms, as was the case just before the restructuring; The Union and the United Kingdom shall do everything in their power to take the necessary measures, in good faith and in full respect of their respective legal systems, to swiftly negotiate the agreements on their future relationship, as referred to in the Political Declaration of 17 October 2019, and to implement the relevant procedures for ratifying or concluding those agreements, whereas, as far as possible, these agreements shall apply from the end of the transitional period. 1. The United Kingdom shall remain until the end of 11 THE EDF and all former non-concluded EDFs party to the European Development Fund (EDF) and, in this respect, shall assume the same obligations as the Member States under the internal agreement by which it was established (`Internal Agreement on the 11th EDF`) (157), and shall assume the commitments arising from previous EDFs until their completion; including the obligations laid down in Council Regulations (EU) 2015/322 (158) and (EU) 2015/323 (159), subject to the conditions laid down in this Agreement. The United Kingdom shall be bound by Council decisions fixing the annual contributions of the Member States in accordance with Article 21 of Regulation (EU) 2015/323. Beneficiaries from the United Kingdom may continue to participate in projects under the 11th and previous EDFs under the same conditions as before the date of entry into force of this Agreement. . . .
