1. The terms of this agreement provide for the employment of the physician as chief of staff of the hospital in accordance with the Public Hospitalization Act (Ontario) and the hospital by-laws. CONSIDERING that the hospital is a public hospital run by the Public Hospital Act (Ontario) and the regulations that are subject to it and which serves the City of North Bay and surrounding communities in the province of Ontario, and wishes to continue to employ the physician as the hospital`s Chief of Staff; 3.
