International Criminal Court
The Advocacy Project undertook its first project in June 1998, when it was asked by the NGO Coalition for an International Criminal Court (CICC) to report from the plenipotentiary conference in Rome to draft the ICC statute. The AP team produced over 30 issues of On the Record (OTR) and provided comprehenisve coverage of the negotiations.
