The Advocacy Project helps marginalized communities to tell their story, claim their rights and produce social change.
We are currently recruiting graduate students to volunteer as Peace Fellows with partners.

Goals
The Women's Reproductive Rights Program (WRRP) is developing specific goals for the campaign. Their aim is to provide treatment, support prevention efforts, increase awareness, and generate international and national support.
- Double the number of surgeries for women who are in the late stages of uterine prolapse (UP).
- Equip and train health posts and sub-health posts, to treat women in the early stages of UP.
- Launch a nation-wide program of outreach and awareness-raising to address the risk factors of UP, prevent the condition, and empower women.
- Strengthen the health system, with focus on the health workers who will implement the program.
- Build the capacity of social organizations (civil society), particularly UPA, to partner with health workers, monitor the government’s activities, and apply pressure locally and internationally through advocacy and campaigns.
- Give affected woman a voice and – through WRRP – the ability to lobby for change in Nepal and internationally.
- Raise sufficient resources to enable the WRRP and its allies the ability to launch and sustain a successful campaign to achieve these goals.
