BOSFAM and AP are committed to social justice and reconciliation, and offer several ways for interested individuals to support the  Memorial Quilt, in Bosnia or abroad. Email us for more information!

Exhbit the Quilt
: The AP team can help you to organize a showing of the quilt at your university, business, or community center. Contact Marina for more information.

Build the Network
: AP is developing a constituency of universities, high schools, teachers, diaspora organizations and committed individuals (including past AP Peace Fellows). Email us and join the network!

Organize an Event
: AP can offer a wide range of tools to be used for outreach, meetings and events. We have a great deal of information about BOSFAM and its campaigns and can provide speakers, visiting delegations, Peace Fellows, movies, photos, video footage, and handicrafts.

Lobby: AP organizes lobbying and advocacy on BOSFAM’s behalf in order to generate support for their campaigns. Sign the e-petition to arrest Radovan Karadzic and Ratko Mladic!

Raise Funds
: AP raises funds for partners in ways that are informative, exciting and rewarding. Help the Srebrenica Memorial Quilt grow by commissioning a panel. Our Sponsor a Weaver Program allows BOSFAM’s core weavers to train younger women, keeping this beautiful Bosnian tradition alive. Also visit our Give section.

Volunteer: AP relies on volunteers!  Apply for a Peace Fellowship to work in Tuzla with BOSFAM. It also possible to intern or volunteer at the AP office in Washington, DC. Join our network and organize an event. Follow Shweta Dewan’s blog, or read blogs of former BOSFAM Peace Fellows.

Learn More
: Consult the AP BOSFAM Partner Pages for more information about BOSFAM’s campaigns, history and important social justice work.

FIND A PARTNER

The Advocacy Project develops partnerships with advocates on the frontline and with nongovernmental organizations (NGOs). In so doing, we take our cue from partners and tailor any support to their needs.
