A Voice For the Voiceless
The Advocacy Project helps marginalized communities to tell their story, claim their rights and produce social change. We recruit graduate students to volunteer as Peace Fellows with partners.

Kerry McBroom
Peace Fellow Kerry McBroom (American University) coordinated the Dosta! quilt project, in partnership with friends at the Council of Europe. She also wrote the profiles for these pages. The Dosta! quilt was the first Roma advocacy quilt undertaken by AP. Based on her experience, Kerry was also able to advise Fellows Samantha Hammer and Beth Wofford on the making of the Czech Roma Quilt, the Prizren Roma Quilt, and the Gracanica Roma Quilt.
